John Baizley

This is one of my all time favourite artist, and probably the first time I looked at someone's work and was trully impressed by everything they touched, Jonh Baizley is also a and guitarst and singer in his own band Baroness, for which he does the artwork and merchanidise.

Jock Mooney

Today's artist is Jock Mooney, his use of colour on realistic but funny sculptures is brilliant and it makes never fail to make me smile, maybe it will have the same effect on you readers! Don't for to check out his website!

Katie Scott

Okay first artist in this journey is Katie Scott, her illustrations are awesome and inspired by nature and the human body, she also worked on the album and single covers for the indie band Bombay Bicycle Club.s
Her work is thought provoking and it reminds me of just how much there is to this world especially when it so easy to get caught up in our lives.

What is Collect Squid

I have just started my second year of Art and Design as an Extended Diploma, and I really enjoy it I find that I am quite new to this world however, and there are some many amazing and stimulating things to look at,so that is what this blog is, a collection of awesome artists,designers, architect and photographers that have crossed my path some far and many more to come.
